Felix Baumgartner is the first man ever jumped to Earth from a helium balloon in the stratosphere on 14 October 2012. As part of this project, he set the altitude record for a manned balloon flight, parachute jump from the highest altitude, and greatest free fall velocity. Hello Friends!!!. This past weekend were the OG Big National Convention in New Orleans
We couldn't make it, but I hear that many people were very happy to participated of a great wonderful three days convention and learn how to help others and how to make money .
But as always how people can still with the same ethusiasm and be addicted to sucess?
I was searching how people doing and I find out many tips . I hope you can take advantage of this wonderful advantages and make it your own for the rest of your life .
Don’t Show Any Signs Of Desperation ;If you look desperate, then you will not have any bargaining chips available to you because they will believe that you need, want, or have to settle this negotiation at whatever cost. It is human nature to spot weakness and play on it during negotiations, so keep any desperation at bay.
Start Off On The Right Foot;Maintain a confident manner right from the beginning want to do business with, and if you portray anything else then you may lose them to someone they feel more confident about. In order for them to listen to your proposals, you need to be personable, engaging, and conversational with them from the moment you shake hands.
Negotiate for Something Better;The other person has no idea what you want, need, or will be satisfied with, so if you start out with a high number or expectation, then you will set a line of expectations for them to keep in mind during negotiations. For instance, if you want to work out a deal to sell three units of something to them, then try to negotiate six units to begin with. This way, they will view the number six as your expectation. If you end up selling only three units, then you will still be satisfied and they will feel like they got a good deal.
Always Lead The Negotiation;Do not stand back and wait for the other person to begin you do, then you allow them to set the tone of the negotiating, and you end up being the one who is along for the ride instead of making the decisions Therefore, if you wanted to sell three units of something, and they start the negotiations, then they may only offer to buy two units without you even getting to set the high expectation of six. To counter offer six units at this point could cost you a deal. Therefore, always take charge of the conversation and set your highest expectations first.
Do Not Use a Poker Face;Before going into negotiations sit down and think about all the possible concerns that they may have during your negotiation. Go over the solutions to those concerns so that you are able to address any concerns that may arise in a quick manner. According to Raphael Lapin, a Harvard-trained negotiation specialist, “Entering into a negotiation with the needs of both sides and some possible ideas to meet those needs will allow you to project confidence and optimism.” Even if they think of a concern that you did not imagine, you will likely be able to pull from your other answers and come up with a satisfactory answer.
Preparation will help you stay on your toes during the negotiation and quickly redirect any doubt towards confidence.
Set a Time Limit;Often, if the person you are negotiating with thinks that they may miss out on something good, then they will quickly search out the pros of your offer and focus on them to help them make their decision. The longer they focus on the pros, the more you can convince them that this deal is right for them. CINNAMON MOCHA CAKE WITH MOCHA GLAZE

Here is the recipe that I found out in the internet of the Cinnamon Mocha with our Organo Gold Coffee Mocha Coffee.
To make your very own mocha cake, follow the recipe below.
CINNAMON MOCHA CAKE WITH MOCHA GLAZE
2 cups flour
2/3 cups cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
1 packet of Organo Gold Mocha
powdered sugar
preheat oven to 375
Grease a 10 inch bundt pan
Melt chocolate chips and mix in mocha packet (or espresso) Stir and set aside
In small bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside
Beat sugar and eggs until well combined. Beat in water. oil and vanilla until mix is smooth.
Mix flour combo into wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Fold in melted chocolate
Pour into prepared pan and place pan on baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Take out, gently take spatula around cake to loosen. Let cool.
Flip over onto serving platter, drizzle with glaze. Let set up. 20-30 minutes. Cut, serve and enjoy!
GLAZE
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbls. Organo Gold Mocha ( 1 1/2 tbls. if you use instant coffee or espresso)
1/4 cup warm water
dissolve mocha in warm water, stir.
Combine mocha mixture with powdered sugar and stir until smooth

How Decaffeinated Coffee Is Made
For a long time we are a coffee drinkers , but never a decaff drinker, the taste is different and you really don't feel the taste of the coffee. But after I did a research of decaff coffee I can see why?.
So why not drink Organo gold coffee with ganoderma .

Today I found how caffeine is removed from coffee to produce the decaffeinated version of the world’s most popular drink.
There are several different methods used that can make coffee relatively decaffeinated. The drawback (or advantage, depending on your preference) of all of these methods is that they generally make the coffee flavor milder due to caffeine being one of the components which gives coffee its bitter, acidic flavor.
The general decaffeination processes includes soaking the still green coffee beans in hot water (160-210 degrees Fahrenheit) and then some sort of solvent or activated carbon is used to extract/dissolve the caffeine. The solvents typically used are methylene chloride or ethyl acetate. Unfortunately with this process, the first batch of beans loses most of its flavor to the water and is often thrown out. However, once the dissolving liquid is saturated from the first batch, the subsequent batches retain much of their flavor. In some methods, the coffee beans from the first batch will be re-soaked in the water solution to reabsorb some of the flavor compounds, minus the dissolved caffeine, so that they can eventually be used for making decaffeinated coffee.
The first such process, as described above, for decaffeinating coffee was invented by Ludwig Roselius in 1905. This method used benzene, a potentially toxic hydrocarbon, to remove caffeine from presoaked green coffee beans. Coffee was steamed in brine and then benzene was applied to the beans. Nowadays, this method is considered unsafe and no longer used.
Another method is where the beans are steamed for half an hour, rather than immersed in water, and then rinsed with solvents – ethyl acetate or methylene chloride to extract and dissolve the caffeine from the beans. Ethyl acetate is an ester that is found naturally in fruits and vegetables such as bananas, apples, and coffee. The solvent is first circulated through a bed of moist green coffee beans and then recaptured in an evaporator while the beans are washed with water. After the chemicals are drained, the beans are steamed again. Usually the solvent is added to the vessel, circulated and emptied several times until the coffee has been decaffeinated to the desired level. The coffee is said to be ‘naturally decaffeinated’ when ethyl acetate derived from fruit or vegetables is used. The advantage of using these solvents for decaffeinating, is that they are generally more precisely targeted to caffeine and not other components that give coffee its distinct flavor. Up to 96% to 97 % of the caffeine from coffee can be extracted this way.
Another method, is known as the Swiss Water Process and employs a charcoal filter. The charcoal is normally used in conjunction with a carbohydrate solvent (highly compressed CO2 ) so only the caffeine is absorbed. In this method, first, the green coffee beans are soaked in hot water and then the first batch of coffee beans is discarded. The caffeine is then stripped from the solution by activated carbon filters. This leaves the solution saturated with flavor compounds which is then reused to soak a new batch of decaffeinated green coffee beans. This method extracts up to 98% of the caffeine. Carbon dioxide is also a popular solvent because it has a relatively low pressure critical point.
Another method known as the sparkling water decaffeination process is similar to the CO2 method, but instead of removing the caffeine with activated carbon filters, the caffeine is washed from the CO2 with sparkling water in a secondary tank. A healthier way to start your morning
It is instant, which initially made me doubt its validity as a good coffee. That’s because any real coffee drinker knows instant is inferior, and should only be consumed in the most urgent of circumstances.
The date was April 14, 2010—just over four months since Richmond, B.C.-based Organo Gold Coffee officially launched the product. It’s rare to get samples with a story assignment but, as I was about to realise, I wasn’t dealing with a normal company profile. I came into work at 7:30am and headed into the kitchen as per my regular morning coffee routine. Except this morning, instead of filling my mug with a percolated French roast, I added a package of Organo Gold Black Coffee to a cup of boiling water.
The day before, I had already interviewed Shane Morand, co-founder and global master distributor of Organo Gold, so I had an idea how this experience would go. Morand told me it would look and taste exactly like gourmet coffee, “if it didn’t, how would it sell?” he asked rhetorically. Still, I was sceptical; after all, other instant coffee brands sell in grocery stores all the time.
As the granules dissolved into the water, I smelled a familiar scent. Coffee! I felt more awake already. But I still had to taste it. To my surprise, it was fine; actually it was good. Morand was right.
“Good for you, Jennifer,” says the reader. “You enjoyed a cup of coffee.” You’re right, reader, I did. But I also enjoyed that this particular cup of coffee didn’t dehydrate my body and it didn’t give me any heart palpitations. As I said, this isn’t regular coffee.
The difference
That fact that you can’t taste the ganoderma is a good thing. If you could taste it, I suspect the product would go right to health stores and people would drink like they drink wheatgrass juice. I’m getting ahead of myself, because in all likelihood, only a handful of you know what I’m talking about—I didn’t know what it was until a few weeks ago.
Morand explains it like this: “Ganoderma is the highest-ranked herb in the entire Chinese pharmacopeia; it is known as the miraculous king of herbs.” This mushroom—‘Lingzhi’ or ‘Reishi,’ in Cantonese—has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 4,000 years. The scientific name, ‘ganoderma,’ is derived from the Ancient Greek, meaning ‘bright, shiny skin.’
Ganoderma is known to regulate the immune system and is used to treat ailments ranging from stress-related conditions to fatigue and sleep disorders. “Our coffees, teas, hot chocolates, lattes and mochas are delivery mechanisms for 100-per-cent-certified organic ganoderma,” Morand maintains, “so people can enjoy all of those benefits.”
Sounds great, right? Yes and no. “The challenge in North America is that not even one person in 10,000 has heard of ganoderma,” says Morand. “Here we are with the closest thing to nutritional perfection found in nature, and few know what it is. We are working on spreading the message through word of mouth.”
A wide-open market
The great news is Organo Gold is in the right business. Morand estimates that between Canada and the United States alone, more than a half-billion cups of coffee are consumed daily.
“We’re all drinking coffee. The question is whether it is making us feel good or not. North Americans don’t talk a lot about the negative impacts of coffee, but we know it reduces the body’s pH balance, affects the nervous system, dehydrates us and, over time, ages us faster. It’s not that we’re against caffeine altogether, but we are positive about the effects of ganoderma. We’re entering a wide-open market, but we’re offering something healthier,” he says.
Wide open indeed. Even though Organo Gold is a Canadian company, it is growing internationally. “We’re marketing in Canada, the U.S., Jamaica, Peru, Bahamas, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and the Philippines; and we’re just getting started,” Morand boasts. “People all over the world drink coffee so it’s the perfect commodity.”
Although the product was officially launched in January 2010, the company started operating in June 2008. “It took us a year and a half to determine branding, build a compensation plan, move the product, build warehouses, perfect our shipping and test the product,” explains Morand. “But we officially lifted the gates this year. Since then, sales have exploded. We knew we had a great product and a great management team, but we’re still blown away by the response and the speed at which we’re expanding. We’re emptying warehouses everywhere, so we’re definitely ahead of target.”
Organo Gold is certainly off to a great start and I can see why: it tastes good and it’s good for you. Since I first tried the coffee (about two weeks ago), I have enjoyed it at least a half-dozen more times. To get more, I would have to contact a local representative, as the product is sold via direct sales (think Avon model).
